Big Rig wrong turn left traffic backed up on FM 252 near Kirbyville
Just after 7 am this morning, Kirbyville Police Department and Kirbyville Volunteer Fire Department were called out to assist with directing and re-routing traffic on FM 252.
A tanker truck had traffic blocked off this morning on FM 252 at at Cr 486 between Kirbyville and Erin.
Kirbyville VFD 2nd Assistant Chief Jeromy Richardson said, "From what I understand, he missed his turn on FM 1013. And attempted to make a U turn on FM 252."
This of course didn't work and the the truck ended up stuck in the ditch for an extended time.
The road way has been cleared and traffic is able to move freely again.
