Almost time for Jaspers 13th Annual Christmas in the Park!

Christmas in the Park is approaching fast! Opening Day will be Saturday, November 30th starting at 11 am at Sandy Creek Park on Marvin Hancock Dr in Jasper.

We have a total of 77 vendors that will be onsite this year with an assortment of items for sale, along with different types of food and treat vendors. Attached is a list of food vendors that have signed up to be at the park during this festival. All vendor spots are full at this time.

City Crews were busy this morning moving the different buildings to the park getting everything in place for this great event.

We have several activities for the kids on that day such as Ice Skating, Everest Climb N Slide, and Toboggan Tunnel. Along with train rides around the park on three of our colorful trains. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at the North Pole building visiting with all the good girls and boys.

There will also be live music by several different bands throughout the day.

At 6:00 pm that evening we will have an amazing firework show with the lighting of the park Christmas lights afterwards.

Admission is Free, Parking is Free and Shuttles are Free. There will be several parking lots around the downtown courthouse area for parking and shuttles will be running from there to the entrance of the park.
